Section 75 (1) (h) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003), prescribes that the Accounting officer must place on the website an information statement containing a list of assets over a prescribed value that have been disposed of in terms of section 14 (2) or (4) during the previous quarter.

Section 21 A of the Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) is also applicable.

In complying with the above provisions, the following list of assets were disposed of by the municipality:
